How It Works

Through Trust: The Ultimate Test’s 24-item assessment and its insight on the dimensions of trust-related behaviors, participants find a deeper understanding of trust, which they can apply to their individual, team, and organizational relationships.

Learning Outcomes

By the end, participants will do the following:

• Learn ways to build trust in teams.
• Identify one’s individual tendency to trust.
• Understand the factors that affect the decision to trust.
• Discover four groups of behavior that indicate trust.
• Learn how to improve one’s trust level.
• Learn how to build trust in teams.

Uses and Applications

Trust: The Ultimate Test is appropriate to use with individuals as well as teams. The assessment is particularly helpful for these situations:

• One or more low-trust relationships are hurting an entire team’s productivity
• You want to provide intensive, one-on-one coaching for leaders
• Two peers need to address the issue of trust in their relationship
• You want to assess readiness for alternative work arrangements, such as telecommuting

The instrument is effective when used as a stand-alone instrument as well as a component of a larger training program.

What to Order

Facilitator Guide

Order one guide per trainer. The comprehensive Facilitator Guide includes everything trainers need to deliver Trust: The Ultimate Test. This includes background information, administrative guidelines, a step-by-step workshop outline, expert rationale, alternative training designs, a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, and sample participant materials.

 

Online Assessment

Order one per participant. The online assessment is administered to participants through the HRDQ Assessment Center and includes personalized reporting, full-color charts, interpretive information, worksheets, and action planning. A detailed report is delivered electronically to the facilitator/administrator when complete.

 

Print Assessment 5-Pack

Order one pack for up to five participants. The print version is ideal for facilitators who prefer to oversee the scoring and administration of the assessment if you don’t know who the participants will be before the class begins or if your learners do not have easy access to computers. It includes pressure-sensitive forms for scoring to aid manual tabulation.

 

QuickStart Train-the-Trainer (QST)

QST is a convenient, one-hour virtual coaching session for first-time facilitators of this product. You’ll receive personalized, one-on-one coaching with a subject matter expert who will get you up to speed quickly and accurately so you can step into the onsite with confidence. We’ll answer all your questions about the facilitation of the product. And you can add additional coaching hours as needed. Your coaching session can be provided by telephone or video call and at a time of your choosing.

 

Facilitators will also receive an HRDQ Certificate of Completion for completing the QuickStart session.
